U-King（以下称「本服务」）是由 火火的(深圳)科技有限公司 运营的产品品牌。本条款是您与我们之间就使用本服务达成的协议。您购买额度或使用本服务，即表示您已阅读、理解并同意本条款。
如果您不同意本条款的任何内容，请不要购买或使用本服务。
2. 服务内容
本服务向您提供：
- U-King 桌面客户端——一款帮助您在本机安装、配置和管理 AI 开发工具的软件；
- U-King AI 额度（Credits）——一种预付费的计量单位，用于在客户端及兼容工具中调用我们提供的 AI 推理能力（包括对话、代码、图像、视频等场景）。
我们的接口兼容 OpenAI 格式与 Anthropic 格式的调用协议，以便您接入常见的 AI 开发工具。这仅表示技术协议上的兼容性，不表示我们与任何第三方存在关联、代理或授权关系，也不构成对任何第三方产品的背书。
3. 账户与额度
- 额度按实际用量扣减，用多少扣多少，余额不设有效期。
- 额度仅供您自己使用，不得转售、出租、共享给第三方，或以任何形式再分发。
- 您应妥善保管您的 API Key。因您自身保管不当导致的额度损失，由您自行承担。发现泄露请立即联系我们重置。
- 额度不是货币、不是预付卡、不具有任何货币价值，不可兑换、不可提现、不可转让。
4. 可接受使用政策
您在使用本服务时，不得生成、传播、存储或协助他人生成以下内容：
- 色情、性暗示或成人内容；
- 暴力、血腥、自残或鼓励伤害他人的内容；
- 仇恨言论，或基于种族、民族、宗教、性别、性取向、残障等的歧视性内容；
- 危害儿童的内容——包括但绝不限于儿童性虐待材料（CSAM）；
- 深度伪造（Deepfake）、冒充真实人物、伪造身份或误导性的合成媒体；
- 侵犯他人著作权、商标权、专利权或其他知识产权的内容。
绝对禁止（零容忍）
以下行为一经发现，我们将立即终止服务、不予退款，并在法律要求或允许的范围内向相关主管机关报告：
- 儿童性虐待材料（CSAM）；
- 恐怖主义、极端主义的策划、教唆或宣传；
- 制造武器、爆炸物、生化或核材料的指导；
- 未经本人同意的性化深度伪造内容。
此外，您不得利用本服务从事任何违法活动、绕过技术限制、对本服务或第三方系统实施攻击、爬取或滥用，或规避我们的用量与计费机制。
举报与申诉
如果您发现有人滥用本服务，请通过下方任一渠道联系我们，我们会在收到举报后尽快核实并处理。若您的账户被处置而您认为处置有误，可通过同样的渠道提出申诉，我们将由未参与原决定的人员复核。
5. 服务可用性
我们会尽合理努力保持服务稳定，但本服务按「现状」提供，我们不保证服务不中断、无错误，或输出结果一定准确、完整、适合您的特定用途。
AI 生成的内容可能存在错误或偏差。您应对如何使用这些内容负责，重要场景请自行核实，不要将其作为专业的法律、医疗、财务建议。
6. 责任限制
在法律允许的最大范围内，我们对您承担的全部责任，以您在争议发生前 12 个月内向我们实际支付的金额为上限。我们不对间接损失、利润损失、数据损失或商誉损失承担责任。
7. 付款与退款
额度通过第三方支付服务商处理。请注意：虚拟额度一经充值不予退还。完整说明请阅读我们的 退款政策。
8. 服务变更与终止
我们可能调整服务内容、价格或本条款。重大变更会在本页更新「最后更新」日期，并尽合理努力提前告知。变更后继续使用即视为接受。
若您违反本条款，我们可暂停或终止向您提供服务。您也可随时停止使用本服务。

10. 适用法律
本条款适用中华人民共和国法律。双方因本条款产生的争议，应先友好协商；协商不成的，提交运营方所在地有管辖权的人民法院解决。

1. About Us
U-King (the "Service") is a product brand operated by Huohuode (Shenzhen) Technology Co., Ltd. These Terms form an agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Service. By purchasing credits or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not purchase or use the Service.
2. What We Provide
The Service consists of:
- The U-King desktop client — software that helps you install, configure and manage AI development tools on your own machine;
- U-King AI Credits — a prepaid unit of measure used to access the AI inference capabilities we provide (including chat, code, image and video use cases) from the client and compatible tools.
Our endpoints are compatible with the OpenAI-format and Anthropic-format request protocols so that you can connect common AI development tooling. This describes technical protocol compatibility only. It does not imply affiliation with, agency for, or authorisation by any third party, and it is not an endorsement of any third-party product.
3. Account and Credits
- Credits are deducted based on actual usage. Unused balance does not expire.
- Credits are for your own use only. You may not resell, rent, share or otherwise redistribute them.
- You are responsible for keeping your API Key secure. Losses caused by your failure to do so are your responsibility. Contact us immediately for a reset if you believe your key has been exposed.
- Credits are not currency, not a stored-value or prepaid card, and carry no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged, withdrawn or transferred.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You must not use the Service to generate, distribute, store, or help others generate:
- Pornographic, sexually suggestive or adult content;
- Violent, gory, self-harm content, or content encouraging harm to others;
- Hate speech, or content discriminating on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation or disability;
- Content that endangers children — including, and absolutely without limitation, child sexual abuse material (CSAM);
- Deepfakes, impersonation of real people, forged identities, or misleading synthetic media;
- Content that infringes copyright, trademark, patent or other intellectual property rights.
Absolutely Prohibited (Zero Tolerance)
Where we identify any of the following, we will terminate the Service immediately with no refund and report to the relevant authorities where required or permitted by law:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM);
- Planning, inciting or promoting terrorism or violent extremism;
- Instructions for producing weapons, explosives, or chemical, biological or nuclear materials;
- Non-consensual sexualised deepfake content.
You also must not use the Service for any unlawful activity, to circumvent technical restrictions, to attack, scrape or abuse the Service or third-party systems, or to evade our usage metering and billing.
Reporting and Appeals
If you become aware of abuse of the Service, please contact us through any channel below. We will review and act on reports promptly. If action is taken against your account and you believe it was made in error, you may appeal through the same channels; the appeal will be reviewed by someone who was not involved in the original decision.
5. Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service stable, but it is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that outputs will be accurate, complete or fit for your particular purpose.
AI-generated content can be wrong or biased. You are responsible for how you use it. Verify it independently where it matters, and do not rely on it as professional legal, medical or financial advice.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the 12 months preceding the dispute. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of data or loss of goodwill.
7. Payment and Refunds
Credits are processed through a third-party payment provider. Please note: credits are non-refundable once purchased. See our Refund Policy for the full terms.
8. Changes and Termination
We may change the Service, its pricing, or these Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date on this page, and we will make reasonable efforts to give notice in advance. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
We may suspend or terminate the Service if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably; failing that, it shall be submitted to a competent People's Court at the operator's place of business.
