U-King 由 火火的(深圳)科技有限公司 运营。本政策说明我们收集哪些信息、为什么收集、如何使用，以及您对这些信息拥有什么权利。
1. 我们收集什么
1.1 账户与识别信息
- 设备标识符：U-King 客户端会读取您本机的一个系统标识符，经单向哈希后生成您的 API Key。我们保存的是哈希结果，无法从中还原出原始标识符。
- 邮箱：仅在您注册控制台账户或主动联系我们时收集。
1.2 使用信息
- 调用时间、请求量、消耗的额度、使用的能力类型（对话 / 图像 / 视频等）；
- 为排查故障而记录的错误信息、IP 地址与请求标识。
1.3 您提交给 AI 的内容
为了完成您的请求，您输入的提示词和文件内容必须被传输并处理，其中包括转发给我们所使用的上游模型服务商。
我们不会将这些内容用于训练我们自己的模型，也不会将其出售或用于广告。除非为排查您主动报告的故障且经您同意，我们不会人工查阅您的对话内容。
1.4 支付信息
我们不接触也不存储您的完整银行卡号、有效期或 CVV。刷卡支付由第三方支付服务商 Waffo Pancake 以「记录商户（Merchant of Record）」身份处理；国内支付由支付宝处理。我们只收到订单号、金额、支付状态和成功与否的结果。
2. 我们为什么使用这些信息
- 提供服务本身——识别您的身份、扣减额度、返回结果；
- 计费、开具凭证、处理支付争议；
- 排查故障、保障服务稳定与安全；
- 防止欺诈、滥用和违反服务条款的行为；
- 在您主动联系时提供客户支持；
- 履行法律法规要求的义务。
我们不会出售您的个人信息。
3. 我们与谁共享
- 上游模型服务商——为完成您的推理请求所必需；
- 支付服务商（Waffo Pancake、支付宝）——为完成付款与处理争议；
- 云与基础设施服务商——为运行我们的服务器；
- 主管机关——在法律要求或为保护他人重大合法权益时。
除上述情形外，我们不会向第三方披露您的信息。
4. 存储与保留
- 服务器位于境外（新加坡）。使用本服务即表示您理解并同意相关数据可能在境外存储与处理。
- 用量与账务记录：保留 24 个月，以满足对账、争议处理与法律要求。
- 错误日志：通常保留 30 天。
- 对话内容：不做长期留存，仅在请求处理过程中存在。
5. Cookie 与本地存储
我们的网站使用必要的 Cookie 与浏览器本地存储来维持登录状态、记住您的语言偏好等基本功能。我们不使用第三方广告追踪 Cookie。
6. 您的权利
您可以要求我们：
- 告知我们持有您哪些信息；
- 更正不准确的信息；
- 删除您的账户及相关信息（法律要求我们保留的账务记录除外）；
- 导出您的用量记录。
请通过下方渠道联系我们，我们会在收到请求后 30 天内回复。
7. 安全
我们采取传输加密（HTTPS）、访问控制、密钥隔离等措施保护您的信息。但没有任何系统能保证绝对安全——请妥善保管您的 API Key，不要将其提交到公开仓库或分享给他人。
8. 儿童
本服务不面向 14 周岁以下的儿童。若我们发现收集了儿童的个人信息，将尽快删除。
9. 本政策的变更
本政策更新时，我们会修改本页顶部的「最后更新」日期。重大变更我们会尽合理努力另行告知。

U-King is operated by Huohuode (Shenzhen) Technology Co., Ltd. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and what rights you have over it.
1. What We Collect
1.1 Account and identification data
- Device identifier: the U-King client reads one system identifier from your machine and derives your API Key from it using a one-way hash. We store the hash only and cannot recover the original identifier from it.
- Email address: collected only if you register a console account or contact us directly.
1.2 Usage data
- Request timestamps, request volume, credits consumed, and the type of capability used (chat / image / video, etc.);
- Error details, IP address and request identifiers, recorded for troubleshooting.
1.3 Content you submit to the AI
In order to fulfil your request, the prompts and file content you submit must be transmitted and processed, including being forwarded to the upstream model providers we use.
We do not use this content to train our own models, and we do not sell it or use it for advertising. We do not review your conversation content manually, except where necessary to investigate a fault you have reported to us and with your consent.
1.4 Payment data
We never see or store your full card number, expiry date or CVV. Card payments are processed by Waffo Pancake acting as Merchant of Record; domestic payments are processed by Alipay. We receive only the order reference, amount, payment status and outcome.
2. Why We Use It
- To provide the Service — identifying you, metering credits, returning results;
- For billing, receipts and handling payment disputes;
- For troubleshooting, reliability and security;
- To prevent fraud, abuse and breaches of our Terms of Service;
- To provide customer support when you contact us;
- To meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Who We Share It With
- Upstream model providers — as required to fulfil your inference requests;
- Payment providers (Waffo Pancake, Alipay) — to take payment and handle disputes;
- Cloud and infrastructure providers — to run our servers;
- Authorities — where required by law or to protect the vital interests of others.
We do not disclose your information to third parties outside these cases.
4. Storage and Retention
- Our servers are located outside mainland China (Singapore). By using the Service you understand and agree that your data may be stored and processed outside your country of residence.
- Usage and billing records: retained for 24 months for reconciliation, dispute handling and legal requirements.
- Error logs: normally retained for 30 days.
- Conversation content: not retained long-term; it exists only for the duration of request processing.
5. Cookies and Local Storage
Our website uses strictly necessary cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as your language choice. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
6. Your Rights
You may ask us to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you;
- Correct information that is inaccurate;
- Delete your account and associated information (except billing records we are legally required to keep);
- Export your usage records.

7. Security
We protect your information using transport encryption (HTTPS), access controls and key isolation. No system can be guaranteed fully secure — please keep your API Key safe, and never commit it to a public repository or share it with others.
8. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 14. If we learn that we have collected a child's personal information, we will delete it promptly.
9. Changes to This Policy
When we update this policy we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes we will make reasonable efforts to notify you separately.
